Welcome to Cricketzones, owned and operated by HEYTRADE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing and using this website cricketzones.in and any associated mobile applications ("Apps"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Site and Apps.

ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in contests on Cricketzones. Additionally, participants must be residents of India to take part in the Challenge(s). Please note that the paid version of the Challenge is not available to residents of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh, where skill-based games requiring payment are prohibited.

LICENSE TO ACCESS AND USE THE SITE AND APPS

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and Apps strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Use. You may share links, photos, text, and other content from the Site and Apps on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest) provided you include a link to the original content source.

PROHIBITIONS

As a user of the Site and Apps, you agree not to:

WITHDRAWALS

If your withdrawal request is approved, please check the email address registered during your account setup for notifications from Cricketzones. Users found to have violated the Fair Play Terms will not be allowed to continue using Cricketzones, and their withdrawal requests will be suspended. Such users will be blacklisted, and their withdrawal requests will be halted. Withdrawals, subject to the Company's discretion, will be processed within 5-7 business days after the user agrees to adhere to the Fair Play Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the Site, Apps, including graphics, data, and content contained therein, are owned by HEYTRADE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors, where applicable. Unless explicitly stated, these terms and conditions do not grant any ownership or interest in these rights to you or any other party.

You may assert your consumer rights in your home country in relation to these terms and conditions.
