At Cricketzones, we have a clear refund policy in place:
Non-Refundable Account Credit: Any amount added to a user's Cricketzones account cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This credit can be utilized exclusively for joining the leagues or contests organized by Cricketzones.
Cancellation of Transactions: Once a transaction is confirmed by Cricket Zone, it cannot be canceled by individual users. However, users may request the cancellation of a transaction and a refund of the amount paid, subject to Cricketzones's sole discretion. To initiate a cancellation request, users must send a written request from their registered email address. It is essential that such requests are received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round for which the payment was made, in the case of participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s). Otherwise, Cricketzones will not be responsible for refunds.
Refund Discretion: Cricketzones reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user based on its sole discretion, after deducting cancellation charges and taxes. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund processing. Users should also consider any additional terms and conditions that pertain to the specific transaction.
Precedence of Additional Terms: In case of conflicts between the terms and conditions provided by Cricketzones and any additional terms and conditions associated with transactions, the latter shall take precedence. Refunds are exclusively applicable to the amount used for joining contests and will be credited to the source of the Cricketzones User Account.
Unforeseen Events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as event cancellations, technical errors, or Force majeure, only the joining fee will be eligible for a refund; no claims will be entertained regarding winnings based on rank.
